Another year come and gone! God has been wonderful once again. We moved again this year. Yes we just moved next door. Send me a message if you need our new address.

Jeremy and JuLinda still do the same things. Jeremy works at the same place. And JuLinda homeschools and cares for the children.

Sean is now in 2nd grade. He is so smart and whizzes through his school work it seems. He still has an occasional migraine but we have figured out the triggers and can keep them at bay most of the time.

Jazmyne is now in Kindergarten. She enjoys doing her schoolwork. She still has her heart problem but we are trusting in the Lord still for healing.

Kaydence is now two. She keeps us laughing most of the time. Her hearing problem is now gone. Praise the Lord, He came by and touched her when we were in revival.

Meredyth was born April 3, 2009. Weighing in at a whopping 5 ½ lbs. She is a beautiful little girl that has just recently learned to crawl. We have learned she is severely allergic to pork and its by-products. This keeps us from going many places.

Prayers for our family are always greatly appreciated.

May God bless you and your family!

What a day...one I hope I don't have to repeat.

Since my husband is on Facebook, I can't complain as much on there about my day. He doesn't feel like I should broadcast my day to everyone. So instead I'll broadcast here to a select few. He's one to keep his feelings and thoughts to himself. Me, I have to get them out there or I'll go nuts.

Today started off okay enough. Then I receive a call from the plumber's. "Just making sure you were home, we're on our way." Nice huh? Ok so they say that our hot water heater should be working better. Jeremy said he wasn't sure. I'll take a shower tonight and see what I think.

Then we do our school work. Things are going good enough except Meredyth is throwing a fit. Finally get her down and Jazmyne's school finished. I decided to start supper and get out the Christmas trees for the kids rooms. Got Jaz and Kaydi's set up. Need hooks to put the ornaments on but those are at mom's. Okay so go into Sean's room (who at 7:50pm still hasn't finished his schoolwork), and find out that his and Jaz's definition of cleaning that room is to throw everything into the corners. So I pretty much lose it.

They have been cleaning for 2 days and the only thing they accomplished was a path to the closet so I can get out the tree and a path to where they want the tree. I'd rather they had just tossed things into the closet. And on top of this Sean still had 2 subjects left to do because he spent a lot of time piddling.

So by now I'm yelling which I do not like to do. I rarely get mad but I was mad. Which means Sean is crying too. Jazmyne handles it in stride because she seems to understand what she needs to do and how to do it. Sean cannot get past the "it's too hard for me to do" and he won't attempt it. And he talks Jaz into stopping when she knows it's not done.

So next I finished cooking and they ate supper while I messed with Meredyth. Sean went back to working on his schoolwork after we talked. I apologized for getting so mad but he needs to understand why. He has tomorrow morning to do his schoolwork and get the other half of his room clean (Jaz did half earlier). And then we go to Mom's for supper then church.

I do not know what else to do to get through to Sean. I wonder if it stems from not seeing Daddy do anything at home. Jeremy does his stuff when he gets home from work most of the time. Or if it's just plain stubborness. I've talked until I'm blue in the face, I'm running out of consequences, what else is there?

Thanks for making it this far. Hopefully soon I can relax with a cup of cocoa, stirred with a soft peppermint stick, topped with chocolate chips and coolwhip.

Carseat poncho

Isn't it pretty! But let me tell you this was a bugger to sew. I'm guessing my bobbin isn't wound properly. I broke one needle and had my machine tell me to stop for safety purposes many times. But it will work well enough this winter for Meredyth to stay warm and safe when traveling in the car.
